These policy guidelines are based on the consensus positions developed in global meetings in Beirut (March 06), Brussels (December 06) and Montevideo (May 07). National coalitions are however free to further define their positions according to their local realities and conditions.

Did You Know......
  • Over 1 billion people live on less than $1 a day with nearly half the world’s population (2.8 billion) living on less than $2 a day.
