These policy guidelines are based on the consensus positions developed in global meetings in Beirut (March 06), Brussels (December 06) and Montevideo (May 07). Did You Know......
  • Over 1 billion people live on less than $1 a day with nearly half the world’s population (2.8 billion) living on less than $2 a day.
